Magnus GudmundssonMagnus joined Take One Productions in early 2007 after recently graduating from a degree in Media Studies and prior to that working his way through a B-Tec National Diploma in Media Studies and Video Production. With five years academic experience behind him Magnus was ready for the transition into the industry and found an opportunity with Take One Productions. Starting off as a keen, willing to learn intern, Magnus soon found himself immersed within many of the active projects managed by Take One. Whether it be out on location aiding the Take One crew with a shoot, or tucked away in the edit suite compiling a programme, Magnus quickly became a key figure within the Take One team. As part of his role as Production Assistant, Magnus is responsible for equipment maintenance, CD and DVD replication and coordinating equipment and crew for location shoots. Add to this his editing and post production skills, and Magnus has quickly become an invaluable support within each stage of production. "As a first step into the industry I couldn’t have wished for a better place to start. As well as smaller jobs, I’ve been given the opportunity to work on big, prestigious projects for high profile Government Departments and other professional bodies. It has been a great opportunity to work with cutting edge technology and be part of a professional team - and am loving every minute of it!" |
