The Adoration Group is a multi-service creative agency in the pharmaceuticals and health sector. Its core activities are advertising, design, event management, media buying and planning and recruitment; providing marketing, sales or incentive and training support services.

Project
Adoration International organised an event for one of its pharmaceutical clients at the Half Moon Resort, Montego Bay, Jamaica. Take One was commissioned to produce the "Conference Opening Programme" and the video content for the conference. We supplied a cameraman and all the necessary equipment, together with one of our mobile edit suites.

Jerry, one of our cameramen, filmed the resort and delegates as they arrived in Jamaica – this was then edited onto a short programme that was shown at the opening of the conference.

We also filmed and edited an event diary featuring general conference activity, extracts from conference presentations and some highlights of the activities laid on for the delegates, this was edited to music. This 3-minute programme was shown during the Gala. It really added to the overall "wow factor" of the event and the delegates loved seeing themselves on film.
