Take One Productions scoop DCSF contract

Take One Productions UK Ltd has beaten 130 competitors, and is one of about eight companies to be granted a three-year framework agreement with the Department for Children, Schools & Families (previously Department for Education and Skills - DfES). Take One will be working with DCSF to develop their messages using video, multimedia and web casting. Says Nick, Managing Director of Take One Productions: “This was the most rigorous assessment process that we have been through to date. Although our working relationship with DCSF goes back four years, as we have been providing photographic services to them, on this occasion we were on a level playing field with over 130 other companies. To win the tender against such stiff competition is fantastic and a testimony to our whole team who worked their socks off!“

Because DCSF has such comprehensive procurement procedures, other Government Departments and Non-departmental Public Bodies can now access Take One Productions. This has already led to a prestigious contract being awarded to Take One Productions from The Investors In People accreditation body.
