Multicaster Production Process
1) Quotation
- Client supplies details of the event, venue and intended audience.
- Take One provides a quotation to supply the Multicaster service.
- Confirmation of contract.
2) Before the Event
- Collate assets to be used in presentations (video, PowerPoint, name captions,
scripts etc.).
- Site survey carried out by Take One to assess room layout, cable runs and
connectivity for streaming.
- Script and running order agreed.
3) On the Day
- Install Multicaster equipment.
- Streaming connection tested.
- Vision mix presentations live.
- Filmed presentations encoded live on-site.
- Output to:
- Internet/intranet/extranet
- Projectors
- TV or Plasma screens
- Recording to video or DVD for editing and viewing after the event.
4) After the Event
- Editing may be required to remove confidential information.
- The recorded material can be transferred to:
- DVD or CD Rom
- Any videotape format
- Windows Media or Flash File - for streaming from a website, intranet or extranet.
