Communication during Covid

From colleges and educational institutions, to live music venues and restaurants, everyone has been affected by Covid-19. Take One Productions is proud to have helped many such organisations reach out to an online audience in an effort to continue to communicate and advertise.

In education…

Many colleges, unable to throw open their doors to prospective students, approached us to help them generate content for their online Open Days. To date, we have produced video content and aerial photography – but perhaps the most significant contribution we were able to make, was in producing virtual 3D models of entire college campuses, thus giving potential students the opportunity to virtually navigate and explore facilities from the comfort of their own home. We have also produced 360° aerial maps of campuses to help users find their way around and get a feel for campus layout – an example of which can be seen here.

In the work place…

Many of our clients are large organisations with many thousands of staff members located in offices across the UK. Gradually, they have all been re-opening their doors to staff, encouraging people back from the various make-shift home offices that have been set up. However, communicating what social distancing measurers have been put in place in the office, new Covid-19 compliant health and safety procedures and, of course, reassuring staff members they are safe, is no mean feat.

So, working closely with the relevant teams, we have produced a plethora of “back to work” videos that outline all of the above, to be viewed by all staff prior to returning to the office. These videos have, for the most part, been presented by employees and team leaders themselves, so to emphasise the care and effort that has gone into preparations and to underline a collective sense of togetherness. The videos clearly communicate what measures have been put in place to ensure employee safety, such as one-way systems and newly installed hand sanitation locations, and have helped make the transition back to the office as smooth and seamless as possible.

 

In hospitality and events…

We’ve also played our part in helping hospitality venues re-open. The videos we have produced for music venues and theatres are designed to clearly communicate key information to the retuning audience, setting the public’s mind at rest that the venue in question has taken adequate precautions and put in place good Covid-19 working practices. The videos give the audience a simple, clear, step-by-step guide for attending an event. Everything from printing tickets at home, through to arriving at the venue and ordering drinks from your table has been covered.
